Whether you want to formally join the ministry of God or be an active follower of His ways, there’s a lot you can do to achieve that goal. His word alone is enough to help you through life, but it’s up to you to stay focused and make the most of the life He has given you.
Declutter and simplify your life
Our lives are often cluttered, and we don’t even realize it. We spend our time doing activities that aren’t truly productive. Take a step back to identify all the activities that aren’t productive and don’t help you in achieving your goals. Aim to live a more clutter-free and simple life so you can focus your energy and ability on your true calling.
Be ready to sacrifice
To truly be able to follow your call and be productive, you need to make some sacrifices. To achieve greatness, you need to devote time to working hard. No one sees the hard work put in, they just look at the achievement you have obtained. While other kids are resting at home on a hot summer’s day after school, the athlete is training under the scorching sun to polish the talent God has given them. That’s the sacrifice we need to make to reach our goal.
Be disciplined
Discipline can take you a long, long way. But what defines discipline? Discipline is making sure what needs to be done gets done. Without discipline you will be caught slacking. Lack of productivity is often a result of lack of discipline, so make the most of your life by practicing discipline every single day.
